About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our team as the Registered Home Manager in a 80-bedded Nursing Home in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the care home sector, including at least 5 years in a management role.

You should be efficient, with a strong focus on people, kindness, energy, and making life meaningful for yourself and those in your care.

A passionate leader who can support their team, residents, and their families is essential. You'll have a deep understanding of CQC regulations and be dedicated to delivering top-tier care.

Your vision and added value services will make us indispensable to our residents and unparalleled in the sector from day one.

About the Company

Our company is a family-run business operating three care homes in the East of England, all rated 'Good' by the CQC.

We pride ourselves on our unique structure, where leaders are accessible at all times and oversee the care processes with enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the daily operations of the Nursing Home.
  • To lead and motivate a team of staff members.
  • To ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
