Children's Nursing Team Lead

**About the Role**
As a Senior Community Children's Nurse, you will play a key role in leading our team of nurses and contributing to the development of our services. You will have extensive experience of working in a community setting and be able to demonstrate your expertise in assessing and managing complex cases.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions between hospital and community settings, and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
