About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Chester. The ideal candidate will have estate agency experience and be able to generate new business in a target driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations to lead to instructed properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise overall income and profitability of your branch.

Requirements:

  • Estate agency experience as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression.
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving licence.
