Reeds Rains National Home Move, a leading estate agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Team member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing personalized support, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission pay, and a comprehensive bonus scheme. Our award-winning Learning and Development Team provides ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring your career continues to grow and progress within our organization.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Estate Agency or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
