About the Position
We are looking for a Land and Estate Appraiser to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our rural services provider, you will be responsible for conducting RICS Red Book Valuations of high-value land and estate properties.
You will build strong relationships with clients and contacts to secure new valuation opportunities, collaborating with our Head of Rural Valuations and the wider team. Working from our Chester or Shrewsbury office, with occasional site visits, this role offers a great balance between office and field work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed valuations of high-value land and estate properties.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and contacts.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service.
What We Offer:
- A salary of approximately £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Requirements:
