We're seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Manager to join our team at Arbor Homes. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for locating and evaluating raw land and developed lot acquisition opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate concepts, and the ability to negotiate terms of acquisition with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and evaluate raw land and developed lot acquisition opportunities
  • Negotiate terms of acquisition with real estate brokers, land developers, attorneys, and property owners
  • Perform due diligence evaluations and inspections of land and lot acquisition targets
  • Maintain a contact database of landowners, real estate brokers, and other key contacts needed to generate leads for land and lot acquisitions

Requirements:

  • College degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, construction management, business management, or related field of study
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret real estate principles, plans, and specifications
  • Experience in land acquisition or project management is a plus
