Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Estates Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial estates portfolio in Cheshire. You will propose and review asset management strategies, monitor portfolio-level performance against KPIs and policy objectives, and instruct our property services team on negotiations. This is a critical role that requires a high degree of expertise and experience in property management.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced property professionals to develop and implement effective property strategies, drive business growth, and improve the retail mix in town centres. You will be expected to provide expert advice and guidance on property-related matters and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
