Job Title: Interim Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Coordinator to support a major change project involving restructure and redundancy. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations (ER) matters, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee relations during this period.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide guidance on Employee Relations (ER) matters, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  2. Support during redundancy and restructure processes, ensuring effective communication with employees.
  3. Support employees at risk and those affected by redundancies, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
  4. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining employee engagement and morale.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in assisting with Employee Relations (ER).
  2. Knowledge of Employment Law.
  3. Experience working on redundancy and restructure projects.
  4. Expertise in supporting with collective and individual consultations.
