**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Vision Truck Group. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring vendors are paid in accordance with established terms, and communicating with internal and external vendors and reconciling vendor statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process full cycle accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure vendors are paid in accordance with established terms
  • Communicate with internal and external vendors and reconcile vendor statements
  • Maintain accounts payable filing systems
  • Reconcile and submit related month-end and year-end accounting reports

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable/accounting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable
  • Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
