Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy unit, including staff supervision and patient care
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Registered Nursing qualification on the NMC register
- Nursing degree qualification or equivalent
- GCSE Grade A-C in Math's & English or skills level 2 math's & English or equivalent
- Commitment to lifelong learning
- Ability to produce a personal professional portfolio
- Mentorship/preceptorship training
- IT skills
- Recognized management training/course
