Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Sales Director, leading our refrigeration sales efforts in the North of England. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial and industrial end users
- Leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
The total compensation package for this role is estimated at £120,000, with a base salary ranging from £75,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, plus a 25% bonus based on revenue growth. Additional benefits include company shares worth approximately £25,000 after a 6-month probation period, an electric vehicle or allowance, family health insurance, and 33 days holiday. A non-contributory pension scheme offering 6% is also included.
