Academics Graduate Teaching Assistant

The role of a Teaching Assistant is pivotal in supporting the academic growth and well-being of pupils in a local school in Narborough, Leicester. As an experienced support staff member, you will play a crucial part in creating an inclusive learning environment that fosters high standards of pupil achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide productive and resilient support to pupils, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of each child.
* Uphold the highest standards for pupil achievement by contributing to lesson planning and delivery, as well as providing individualized support to those who require it.
* Develop effective communication and teamwork with teaching staff to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
* Demonstrate confidence in working with children of varying ages and abilities, adapting your strategies to suit their unique needs.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS check required (unless already registered on the update service).
* Good or excellent references from previous teaching support roles are essential.
Salary:
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
