We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist to join our clinical education team as a Clinical Skills Facilitator. This exciting opportunity will focus on Ventilation and Respiratory Support, facilitating and delivering training of clinical skills to our Care Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide development and education to our clinical staff on complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills.
- Facilitate and deliver training of clinical skills to the Care Team.
- Be an effective role model and provide support in building the Care Teams competencies and confidence.
About Us
Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is the only children's hospice in the East Midlands, providing specialist end-of-life, palliative and respite care to babies, children and young people with conditions that mean their lives may be shorter than most.
Requirements
- Essential: Qualified Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse with experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills, working with children who have complex needs.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Certificate in Education, BSc (hons) Degree in related subject, NMC/CSP practice assessor award, experience of managing change & problem solving, staff appraisal skills, palliative care experience.
