Document Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Solutions Specialist to join our team at Recooty. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers and related equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs on printers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printers
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Printer Field Service Technician or similar role, with strong technical skills and knowledge of printer hardware and software. We also require basic networking knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills and customer service orientation.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 40 days of annual leave
  • Untaken annual leave that rolls over to the following year
