Experienced Project Director Wanted for Business Growth

TJ Refrigeration Ltd is a leading company in Rochdale, seeking an exceptional Project Director to drive business growth through strategic project management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and control budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and addressing concerns as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all projects adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, financials, and challenges to senior management.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £80,000-£120,000 per annum, including performance-based bonuses, health insurance, pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.
The ideal candidate will possess 15-20+ years of experience in project management, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. They will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and align projects with the company strategy.
