Civil Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Lead to join our team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead projects and mentor junior designers.

As a Civil Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for providing professional design expertise on road schemes and taking the lead on projects. Your role will involve preparing and checking designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation, as well as overseeing the actions of more junior members of staff.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including free onsite parking, hybrid working options, and a contributory pension scheme.

About the Role
  • Lead a team to produce technically sound engineering solutions, complying with all relevant technical standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare and check designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
  • Oversee the actions of more junior members of staff undertaking similar tasks.
