About the Job:

As a Data and Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for multiple clients. This includes calculating statutory payments, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, and supporting the administration of pension schemes.

You will have experience working in a similar role and be proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage Payroll. A strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client payrolls, including monthly and weekly payroll processing
  2. Calculate and record statutory payments, such as SAP, SSP, and SMP
  3. Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and ensure compliance
  4. Support the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing client payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
  • Proficient in using accounting software
What We Offer:

This role comes with a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a reputable company and develop your skills in payroll management.
