Academic Manager Position

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Manager to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all academic aspects of our campuses, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a conducive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Management: Oversee all academic activities on campus, including curriculum delivery, student assessment, and adherence to academic standards.
- Team Management: Work closely with Associate Academic Managers and Programme Leaders, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor campus performance indicators such as retention rates, progression rates, and academic standards.
- Policy Implementation: Implement policies and procedures mandated by the Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistency and compliance across academic operations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in education, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in educational management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
