About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Lavazza Professional UK. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vending machines are properly maintained and installed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain vending machines at customer sites, including training and building customer relationships
  • Proactively maintain and repair machines to defined standards
  • Decommission machines that require movement and reinstall when the customer is ready
  • Meet core operational objectives and drive account profitability
  • Travel outside of own territory to support other areas and regions when required
  • Support all projects at regional and national level for efficiency gains
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent passes in Maths, English, and Science
  • Experience in a customer-facing role dealing with issues/complaints effectively
  • Experience in a technical or mechanical role requiring fault finding and fix
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Ability to work remotely with limited supervision
  • Full UK driving licence
