Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at TSG UK Solutions Ltd. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of key petrol station and forecourt equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment.
  • Install and commission new equipment to ensure seamless operation.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Produce timely and accurate service reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
  • Comply with established Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical/Electrical Engineering HNC/HND (equivalent) and/or relevant experience.
  • Technical awareness, including experience of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Ability to voltage test AC/DC single and three-phase supplies.
  • Confident use of hand tools and ability to work at heights.
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to interact confidently and professionally with end customers.
  • Flexible approach with ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
