Mobile Engineer Service Technician – Yorkshire Region

We are seeking an experienced Field / Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Yorkshire on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be part of a highly driven group and contribute to our ambition of becoming the best supplier in our field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend breakdowns within the Yorkshire territory and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a sound technical understanding of large equipment and machinery.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  4. Work collaboratively with the Parts Department to ensure efficient part delivery.
  5. Complete job cards and warranty/maintenance paperwork to a high standard.
Requirements:
  1. Sound technical understanding of large equipment and machinery.
  2. Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  3. Driven and committed to the success of the business.
  4. Positive can-do attitude.
  5. Ability to work on your own initiative and in a team environment.
  6. Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  7. Flexibility with regards to working overtime and some unsociable hours.
  8. Sound time management and administration skills.
