Position Overview

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, resilience, enthusiasm, and a strong determination to guarantee that the in-store customer journey is consistently outstanding, reflecting the AllSaints brand in the most engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your primary focus will be on our bustling retail floor, collaborating with stylist teams to ensure seamless operations and that customers enjoy an unparalleled shopping experience.
  • You will lead and support stylist team members in addressing initial customer inquiries, managing communications through various channels related to products and orders.
  • Collaborate with our specialized customer experience leaders to oversee team performance metrics and service level agreements.
  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers as well as your team.
  • With a strong commercial focus, you will ensure our merchandise is displayed attractively, adhering to guidelines, and highlighting best-selling items to enhance customer experience.
  • Accountable for daily store operations, you will prioritize team deployment and ensure that stylists receive the necessary support and coaching.
  • Work closely with the management team to help the store exceed its performance targets.
  • Proactively manage personnel matters, including conducting return-to-work interviews and liaising with HR on issues requiring investigation or performance management.
  • Independently create and implement floor plans and schedules to set the store up for success.
