Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.

  • Monitor and control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
