About the Role:

  • As a Retail Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained on the shop floor and in the stockrooms.
  • You will work closely with Retail Assistants, providing support and delegation to ensure effective organisation and efficient task completion.
  • Responsibilities will include preparing daily rotas, assigning tasks, and working with Retail Supervisors and the Retail Manager to ensure all resources are used correctly and the shop is running profitably.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a fast-moving retail environment or visitor attraction.
