The Role:

We are seeking a Workshop Controller to lead our busy service operation, supervising and motivating a team of technicians. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for allocating work orders, managing technician clocking and rostering, and ensuring workshop operations meet brand standards for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of qualified and apprentice technicians
  2. Allocate work orders to technicians and manage technician clocking on/off and rostering
  3. Ensure workshop operations meet brand standards for quality by conducting regular quality checks on completed works
  4. Drive service profitability by ensuring maximum time saved and upsell
  5. Manage and update workshop technical solutions, including eVHC and service booking database
  6. Provide outstanding customer service to service customers both face-to-face and by phone
  7. Assist and work closely with the Service Advisor team as required
