About This Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in people's lives by helping them improve their hearing health. As a Hearing Solutions Specialist, you will work in a dynamic team environment, using your skills and knowledge to advise patients on the best course of action for their hearing needs.

You will be based in the heart of the community, visiting patients in their own homes and working in our clinics to conduct hearing tests and sell hearing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting hearing tests using the latest technology and interpreting results to advise patients on suitable hearing solutions.
  • Processing orders and carrying out administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.
  • Responding to service calls and resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is £37,062 per annum with an estimated OTE of £55,000 plus benefits. You will also receive a company car or car allowance, commission, quarterly and annual bonuses, and full-time or part-time hours considered.

You must have a full UK driving licence and provide premium customer service and have an aptitude for sales.
