About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 per annum, plus benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conduct hearing tests using the latest technology and advise patients on suitable remedial hearing solutions
  • Process orders and carry out administrative tasks as required
  • Deliver exceptional aftersales service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
