About the Role
A Care Assistant plays a vital part in delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents. This role involves assisting residents with all aspects of their personal hygiene care, promoting optimum independence, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  • Recognize and understand clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and signs of infection, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within your role. Our ideal candidate must have effective communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and be able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits.
