Relationship Centered Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Relationship Centered Care Assistant to join our team at RCH Care Homes.
Job Description:
- Support the Lifestyle Lead in developing and implementing a stimulating activities program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Deliver engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
- NVQ HSC level 2 or QCF HSC award 2 qualification.
- Experience working with older adults, including those living with dementia.
- Excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
