Job OverviewThis role involves working closely with residents, families, and colleagues to deliver person-centered care and support. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, meal assistance, and daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience working in healthcare or a related field (desired but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competitive hourly rate of $12.
- Full-time and part-time roles available.
- Different shift options (Days or Nights).
