About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team in delivering a high-quality maintenance and repair service to the Radiotherapy Service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with radiotherapy linear accelerators and a strong background in electronics engineering.

You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance, servicing, and repair of complex patient-critical radiotherapy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

As a member of our team, you will receive in-service education and training from experienced electronic engineers and other providers.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on radiotherapy equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and effective operation of equipment
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of work activities and performance

Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant manufacturer's courses certificates
  • Experience working with advanced technology in the health environment
