Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a warm and supportive school community. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in Key Stage 1 and Early Years.
Key Responsibilities- Support children with SEND in small groups or one-to-one, promoting their learning and development.
- Deliver engaging and effective catch-up programs to help students reach their full potential.
- Assist classroom teachers in creating inspiring learning environments and resources.
- Implement intervention programs and support children with their learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure all students receive the best support.
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- 2 years of experience working with children in Key Stage 1 or Early Years, especially in SEND support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team.
- A positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of humor, with a passion for professional growth.
