Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product/Project Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our digital projects. Your responsibilities will be divided into three key areas: Product Management, Project Management, and Client Engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Scoping & Roadmapping: Define project scope, create detailed roadmaps, and manage project backlogs.
  • KPI Management: Set, monitor, and exceed key performance indicators to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to consult on available solutions and drive project success.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Digital Services Expertise: Apply your knowledge of digital services, including SEO and hosting, to enhance project outcomes.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilise tools such as Jira for efficient project tracking and management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience within a design and build agency.
  • Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of website design, build, and performance using CMS/EComm platforms including Kentico, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Umbraco, and Optimizely.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital services and how they integrate into project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
