Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Product/Project Manager to join our team in Oxford.

About the Role:
  • Project Management: Define project scope, create detailed roadmaps, and manage project backlogs to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.
  • KPI Monitoring: Set, monitor, and exceed key performance indicators to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to consult on available solutions and drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of project management experience within a design and build agency.
  • Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • Digital Services Expertise: In-depth knowledge of website design, build, and performance using CMS/EComm platforms including Kentico, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Umbraco, and Optimizely.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
