**Job Overview:** We are recruiting for an Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team at BYK Additives Ltd. (UK). This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across the site.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, conducting regular audits and reviews, and collaborating with line management to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with line management to drive continuous improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications:** Proven experience in a health and safety leadership role, strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
