Sales Performance Coordinator

The Financial Operations team plays a vital role in driving Momentum ITSMA's success. We're seeking an experienced sales operations professional to join our team.
Job Overview:This role involves developing and maintaining sales performance dashboards and reports within HubSpot, tracking key metrics and KPIs across the organization. The successful candidate will also lead client whitespace analysis, develop new business opportunities, and ensure timely billing and chasing of Statements of Work (SoWs) from clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance dashboards and reports within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead client whitespace analysis and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Implement best practices for data management and quality assurance in HubSpot.
- Provide training and support to the business on using HubSpot for sales and customer relationship management.
- At least 35 years of business experience.
- Proven experience in sales operations and CRM management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, three bonus days off for end-of-year shutdown, and a discretionary company bonus scheme.
