Sales Operations Role at UP3

We are seeking an experienced sales operations professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn data, ensuring data integrity and optimising workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing our sales analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our sales processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Facilitating sales and operations strategy development and execution.
  • Supporting sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks.
  • Applying data cleansing techniques.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
