We are River Island, a leading fashion retailer seeking an experienced Store Performance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales performance.

About the Role

This is a coordinating role that requires a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer service. You will be expected to work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve store productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the night shift operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with the management team to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Support the management team in developing and implementing visual merchandising plans and displays.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in retail operations coordination, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
