Sponsorship Sales and Partnerships Coordinator

Certus Recruitment Group is seeking a talented Sponsorship Sales and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving a £200k annual sales target through various sponsorship opportunities.

About the Role

  • Achieve a £200k annual sales target through various sponsorship opportunities.
  • Research and stay informed on sustainability trends, engaging with news, events, and social channels.
  • Generate new leads daily through inbound and outbound activities, including LinkedIn outreach and event networking.
  • Secure at least one sponsorship deal per month, integrated with stand sales or other agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns targeting specific audiences and database segments.
  • Manage all sales activity within the CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Represent the company at events, strengthening client relationships and driving revenue opportunities.
  • Support smaller virtual and in-person networking events and contribute to the success of flagship events.
  • Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials, ensuring high-quality communications.

About You

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in events, sustainability, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the sustainability sector and the opportunities presented by the net-zero transition.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace, with familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Passion for sustainability and understanding of how businesses can positively impact the environment and society.
  • Flexibility to attend industry events, sometimes outside typical office hours, and adapt to occasional remote work requirements.

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
