About You:The successful candidate will be an experienced mental health professional with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assessments, care plans, and interventions in a community setting.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
- Mental Health Experience: Community experience, preferably within a CMHRS setting.
- Salary: Estimated £24 - £28 per hour (PAYE), including benefits.
