- About the Role
- The Business Development and Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the business forward and expanding our services in line with our plans.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners and existing clients.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the company ethos is followed.
- Manage referrals and ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Office based in Leeds.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Proven successful commercial background.
- Experience working within children's services.
- An understanding of services that support children with EBD / LD / Challenging behaviours.
- Driving Licence.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
- A full-time, permanent role with a Monday - Friday working pattern.
