About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating risks associated with new business opportunities in the UK and abroad.
You will conduct thorough research on the legal and commercial landscape of new markets, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will also be essential in preparing bids for national frameworks and high-value contracts.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will play a vital role in reviewing and refining company policies to ensure they remain relevant. You will also work closely with various teams within TPP to manage contract performance, negotiate contract terms, and deliver agreements successfully.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level
- Minimum ABB/AAC at A-level
