Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team at Star IT Systems. As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling IT hardware on a B2B basis, managing client accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Utilize our existing database to contact existing customer needs and open up new doors for sales opportunities.
- Client Management: Manage client accounts and ensure strong relationships are maintained.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cold call brand new clients to expand our customer base.
- Quotations and CRM: Agree and prepare quotations, and manage the CRM database to track sales progress.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure you meet weekly and monthly sales revenue and margins targets.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
