About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order and Placing Team Lead to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of vehicle orders and requotes, ensuring timely processing and delivery within required KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Order and Placing team, ensuring orders are placed within SLAs and queries are processed efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team performance and productivity, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve knowledge and skills, delivering high-quality service to customers and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proven experience in order management, with a strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
