About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order and Placing Team Lead to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of vehicle orders and requotes, ensuring timely processing and delivery within required KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Order and Placing team, ensuring orders are placed within SLAs and queries are processed efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team performance, knowledge, and skills, resulting in improved service to customers, suppliers, and drivers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, dealers, and manufacturers to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, focusing on strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and deliver against team SLAs, KPIs, and budgeted targets, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to coach and develop others.
  • A positive leader with a pro-change attitude, able to listen, empower, and motivate team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high accuracy levels and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
