Workshop Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Arnold Clark Kilmarnock Peugeot branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient management of the workshop, ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor and control workshop costs, maintaining a high level of profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the service manager to develop and implement effective business strategies, driving growth and improvement.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000, dependent on experience.
- Opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses, subject to terms and conditions.
- All overtime paid at time and a half.
- 33 days annual leave.
