We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Controller to lead our team at Arnold Clark.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the workshop operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Leading a team of technicians to achieve high-quality service standards.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitoring and controlling workshop costs to achieve budget targets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience.
  • Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses (terms and conditions apply).
  • All overtime paid at time and a half.
  • 33 days annual leave.
  • Training provided to become an EV-accredited Technician.
