We are seeking a motivated Critical Care Specialist to join our team of highly skilled professionals. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of critical care to patients in the pre-hospital environment.

You will be required to demonstrate an enthusiasm to support Clinical Governance and have experience working in a robustly governed pre-hospital service. A strong sense of teamwork and CRM principles is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering autonomous pre-hospital critical care medicine, including pre-hospital anaesthesia, within the NHS or other comparable healthcare system.

As a Critical Care Specialist, you will attend patients as part of a HEMS or RRV response, enabling us to deliver a 365-day Critical Care service to the population of Cornwall and the Isles Of Scilly.

This role requires clinical and educational support to our team of Critical Care Paramedics during their study towards a Masters Level qualification in Critical Care and Retrieval Medicine.

A competitive salary of £**80,000-£90,000 per annum**, plus benefits, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
