We are seeking a skilled Housing Options Officer to support a Local Authority in Cambridgeshire, providing advice and guidance to residents to prevent homelessness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining tenancies for vulnerable individuals
  • Delivering Housing Options support services
  • Building relationships with Private Sector Landlords and Housing Associations to secure accommodation options
  • Crafting personalized housing plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborating with tenants to address rent arrears and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) issues
About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position requires expertise in relevant housing legislations and previous experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local housing market, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.

Requirements:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of housing laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate proven experience working within a similar housing support role
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Critical Project Resourcing Ltd offers a competitive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
