Care Worker for Elderly Individuals

RCH Care Homes is seeking a skilled Senior Health Care Assistant to join their team at Manton Heights Care Centre. This purpose-built care home specializes in Nursing, Residential, and Dementia care for older people.
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities or events with residents, both individually and as a group.
- Take responsibility for the physical, emotional well-being, and social needs of the residents.
- Be aware and participate in the development of resident Care plans and have full awareness of any specialist support needs.
- Supervise the care staff.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, but ongoing training and support are provided.
- Previous experience in a care environment is essential.
- Flexibility is required due to shift work.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a welcome bonus of £2500, ongoing training and support, a career pathway with opportunities to get promoted, and a company pension scheme.
